At kedarkrupa, we are committed to providing smooth and enjoyable international travel experiences for our customers. This Foreign Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to international tours, bookings, and travel services. By booking a foreign tour package with us, you agree to adhere to the terms stated in this policy.


Visa and Travel Documentation

  • Visa Assistance: We assist our clients with visa processing and documentation for international travel. However, securing a visa is ultimately the responsibility of the traveler, and we do not guarantee visa issuance.
  • Passport Requirements: All travelers must ensure that their passports are valid for at least  6 months from the date of arrival in the destination country.
  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for international trips to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage. Insurance coverage is available at additional costs and can be added to your booking.

Booking and Payments

  • Foreign Tour Packages: Foreign tour bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, depending on the package. The balance payment is due [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 30 days] before the departure date.
  • Currency Exchange: All payments for foreign bookings are processed in the local currency of the destination or in INR, as per the package details. The exchange rate at the time of booking will be applicable for the transactions.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy for Foreign Tours:

    • Cancellations made [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 30 days] or more before departure will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees.

  • Airline Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for international flight bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Hotel and Other Service Cancellations: Hotel bookings, excursions, and other services are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers. Cancellation fees may apply based on their terms.


Health and Safety

  • Vaccinations and Health Precautions: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they meet the health and vaccination requirements for international travel, as per the destination country’s guidelines.
  • Travel Advisory: We strongly advise checking the official travel advisories issued by government authorities, including the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), prior to international travel. We do not hold responsibility for any travel disruptions due to advisory warnings.

International Travel Restrictions

Customs and Import/Export Rules: Travelers must comply with the customs regulations of the destination country. kedarkrupa is not responsible for any penalties or issues arising from non-compliance with customs rules.

Travel Restrictions: In the case of unexpected international travel restrictions (e.g., border closures, political instability), we will work to adjust travel plans, subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.


Changes to the Itinerary

  • Itinerary Modifications: kedarkrupa reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or flight cancellations. In such cases, we will inform travelers and offer suitable alternatives.
  • Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary, such as flight changes or extra hotel nights, will be borne by the traveler.

Liability and Responsibilities

  • Travel Provider Liability: While we take utmost care to provide quality services, we do not assume responsibility for the actions, negligence, or mishaps caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or local tour operators.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to local laws, respect cultural practices, and take precautions to safeguard their belongings and personal safety.

 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from foreign travel bookings or services, we encourage the traveler to contact our customer service team. If the issue is not resolved, the dispute will be handled as per the jurisdiction specified in our Terms and Conditions.
